Please note that prices do not include applicable fees or HST. A fee of $3.50 collected by our venue manager is applied to each live ticket purchased. A service fee of $4 is added to each order, this is collected by the HPO.

Important Information for Live Concerts
Avoid Ticket Resellers
Do not purchase HPO tickets on third party websites other than Ticketmaster. The price may be heavily marked up. The HPO is not affiliated with any ticketing vendors aside from Ticketmaster.
Recommendations to avoid purchasing unauthorized HPO tickets:
- Only purchase your tickets on hpo.org, ticketmaster.com or by phoning our Box Office (905-526-7756).
- Do not purchase a ticket to a live HPO concert that is priced at more than $80-90 Canadian dollars before taxes and applicable fees. Counterfeit tickets are often posted for sale at inflated prices.
- Do not purchase HPO tickets advertised in any currency other than Canadian.
- When using a search engine such as Google to look for HPO tickets, only click results that direct you to hpo.org or firstontarioconcerthall.ca
Subscription Ticket Delivery Options
For Live Events
Email Ticket(s): Your tickets will arrive by email after your subscription is fulfilled, please save this email or add your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet so you can access your tickets easily throughout the season. Note this email is different than your subscription purchase confirmation email, which you will receive immediately. Note that 25-26 Subscriber tickets will be emailed in late August, please be sure to check your “Promotions” tab or junk/spam folder.
In your ticket email, click “View My Tickets” and present the QR Code(s) to ticket takers for scanning when you arrive at the Concert Hall. You can also print these tickets at home.
Mail Ticket(s): Your tickets will be mailed through Canada Post once your subscription order is fulfilled. It may take up to 10 business days for your tickets to arrive in the mail and a $2 delivery fee will be applied to your order. Note that 25-26 Subscriber tickets will be mailed in late August.
