The HPO is proud to launch SONO – Student Orchestra Night Out during our milestone HPO140 season.
With the intention of building a community for music loving students within Hamilton, SONO will provide post-secondary students ages 18-25 with the opportunity to attend the HPO at a fraction of the price, just $10+HST. This season, the SONO program is available for our Intimate & Immersive series at The Cotton Factory, as well as our February, March, April and May mainstage concerts.
Student ID Verification Required
In order to pick up your tickets at the box office on the night of the concert, you MUST have a valid student ID card and photo ID card to verify your enrolment status and age.
Once your age has been verified, we will update our records.

Ordering and picking up your SONO tickets
When you order your SONO ticket(s)* your confirmation and digital ticket will read general admission. You will receive your seat number upon pick up of your tickets at the HPO box office.
On the day of each concert, your SONO tickets will be available for pick up at the box office upon doors opening to the concert hall, typically 2 hours in advance of the concert starting. In order to pick up your tickets you MUST have a valid student ID card and photo ID card.
*Limit of two tickets per order, both ticket recipients must have a valid student ID card and photo ID card.
