Last week, Principal Trumpet player Mike presented Cross-Curricular Presenation: The Science of Music to a science classroom at our elementary adopt-a-school Templemead Elementary. Get to know the cello with HPO musician, Laura Jones! Hear Laura play a few tunes highlighting the unique sounds of the cello while we learn all about the instrument and its role in the larger orchestra. Tomorrow, from 12-1PM visit the Hamilton Farmer's Market in the York Boulevard glass room for Laura's performance. This event is free and open to the public!
