Get to know the cello with HPO musician, Laura Jones! Hear Laura play a few tunes highlighting the unique sounds of the cello while we learn all about the instrument and its role in the larger orchestra. Tomorrow, from 12-1PM visit the Hamilton Farmer's Market in the York Boulevard glass room for Laura's performance. This event is free and open to the public!

This weekend, we say farewell and happy retirement to not just an extraordinary musician, but an irreplaceable friend and colleague. Neil Spaulding has been a member of the HPO horn section for 30+ years, holding the second chair for the last 20 seasons.
