This year, the HPYO will be holding a Silent Auction during an extended intermission at our season finale concert on May 27, 2023.
As the flagship education program for the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, our mandate is to provide quality orchestral training for youth in the Greater Hamilton Area. We aim to make that experience as affordable and accessible as possible, and we are proud that our tuition remains lower than our two closest neighbouring youth orchestras. In addition, for the last two seasons, we have managed to provide bursary support to all players who requested help with their tuition fees.
It is our goal to keep our programming accessible to the largest number of local youth musicians as possible. In order to do that without raising tuition, we need your help to raise funds! You can help by attending the concert and bidding on auction items, by donating auction items, or by volunteering to work on the silent auction.
If you are a local business or service provider and would like to donate to the auction, click on the link below for a fillable donation form.
We offer our sincere thanks to the following businesses who have generously donated to the silent auction. This page will be updated regularly as donations come in, so please come back regularly to see new arrivals! Please consider patronizing these businesses to thank them for their support of the HPYO.
